Rafael has been in the GCM industry for over 20 years. He started as an equipment operator over in Berkeley Hills Country Club in Duluth GA. , where he was promoted to spray tech and eventually made his way into the mechanic shop. Later in his career, he was blessed with a job over in Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro GA, starting as an equipment operator one more time. Not long after starting at Reynolds Lake Oconee he found himself in the mechanics shop again where he began working as a technician. After a year, he became the shop manager for The Landing Golf Course (Reynolds Lake Oconee) where he stayed for over 8 years. He has completed two Service courses at Toro University in MN and has a Certificate for Equipment Technicians from the GCSAA Level 1. Rafael looks forward to working with Greystone Country Club for many years to come and taking our shop facilities to the next level and making them a desirable work place for future and current Turf Techs.
