Kat Arredondo
Pastry Chef
Kat has been working as a Pastry Chef since 2005 and has been at Greystone since late 2017. She finds great happiness in making desserts for everyone to enjoy. Kat is responsible for the dessert menus at both Cellar 91 and Amici, the pastries in the cafe, and all things sweet for Member and banquet events. When she was a child, she spent a lot of time in the kitchen with her Mama Dot, where she got her passion for desserts. Kat is hoping to continue to expand the pastry department and to make delicious desserts for our wonderful Members to enjoy!
