Becky Heisner

Personal Trainer

Becky Heisner contributes to Greystone Golf & Country Club in many ways, primarily as a Personal Trainer in the Fitness Center. A proud native of Birmingham, Alabama, Becky is a devoted mother of three sons and one daughter. Her academic journey began at Lee College in Cleveland, TN, where she earned her Bachelor's in Education in 1991. She continued her studies at the University of West Georgia, completing her Master's in Education in 1996. Beyond her academic achievements, Becky enjoys culinary arts, poolside relaxation, and traveling. Her favorite dishes to prepare for friends and family include fried chicken, spaghetti, and puff pastry chicken pot pie. Her adventurous spirit has led her to explore eight different countries, deepening her appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines. Throughout her life, Becky has participated in various pool sports, sparking her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. She earned her Personal Training Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in 2023, and also leads Group Fitness classes such as Pilates, H.I.I.T., Total Body Basics, and others within the Ignite Fitness Program. Becky's dedication to empowering others on their wellness journey is clear, and she is eager to help our Members reach their fitness aspirations.
