Greystone Dining: What to Expect When You Walk In for the First Time

Written by Greystone Golf & Country Club | September 08, 2026

When you enter either of Greystone’s main dining rooms, the first thing you’ll notice is how warm everything feels. Not just the heat emanating from The Falls’ stone fireplace, but the feeling of belonging that appears everywhere.

It’s one of the first signs that you’re part of something special—and each clubhouse provides a unique take on that experience.

Founders: More Like Home

Imagine walking through the doors at the Founders Clubhouse on a weekday evening. The patio is already filling in.

You ask for a table looking down the 18th hole, with Double Oak Mountain rising behind it. You order the Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta before you've even opened the wine list. By the second bite, you'll know why the table next to you ordered it twice this week.

At the bar, you see a golf debate already a few holes deep, and you're welcomed to weigh in.

That's Ninety-One every night.

Stay through dessert, and you'll probably catch the moon clearing the ridge right on schedule, with live music drifting in from the back patio.

Member Mikey Spitzer sums up: "It's not like going out-out. It's more like home."

Legacy: A Sense of Pride

Three miles back into the neighborhood, at the Legacy Clubhouse, a different night awaits.

Step through the Clubhouse onto the back patio and discover one of the most tranquil settings in all of Greystone. Dine al fresco, gather around the firepits, or relax at the outdoor bar while taking in views of the waterfalls, chipping green, and mountainside beyond. It’s a setting that invites you to slow down, settle in, and simply enjoy the moment.

Enjoy casual, everyday dining at The Legacy Grill, or experience the more refined atmosphere of The Falls on weekends, including a leisurely Sunday brunch. Order the bone-in ribeye, or the chicken piccata if you're in that mood. Our menus explore many culinary paths, though these two standbys will always remain.

If you bring a guest, you'll feel what member Vallee Bubak means when she says, "I can bring guests from out of town to Greystone and feel very proud of our club. They will feel welcomed, have wonderful meals, and be treated great by the staff."

Two clubhouses, two very different nights. Which kind of evening are you after?
